Square 9 × 9 mm body with a 30° angled beam — for wall-grazing and indirect lighting
The YD-2567 is the wall-grazing option in the Mini series. The aluminium body is a 9 × 9 mm square — slightly larger than the 7 × 8 mm 2565 / 2566 body and the 8.6 × 7.3 mm 2575 body — but the defining feature is the internal LED channel. Instead of running straight along the bottom of the profile (as in 2565 / 2566 / 2575), the channel is rotated 30° from vertical. The LED strip sits at this 30° angle, so the light beam shoots diagonally across the adjacent surface instead of straight out.
That single geometry change unlocks wall-grazing effects: mount the YD-2567 in a routed slot along the top edge of a feature wall, under a shelf, inside a cove, or along the nosing of a stair tread, and the beam washes the surface below or beside it. The same 9 × 9 mm body can also be installed flat if a 30° asymmetry is not required — the profile is symmetric in plan, so the orientation can be flipped on-site.
Fixing is by metal Z-spring clips (with screw holes) that mount into a 9 × 9 mm routed slot in the mounting surface. The profile drops onto the clips and is held in place — no adhesive, no springs in the profile body itself. The clips are screwed first, the profile is snapped in second, which makes service and LED replacement straightforward.
The YD-2567 uses the same triple optical configuration as the YD-2565 / YD-2566 / YD-2575 — PC diffuser, reflector cup + lens, or reflector cup + black cover. All three optical modes are 100 mm modular, so a single accessory range covers the entire Mini series, and the same dual LED source (flexible COB tape or CSP1208 rigid strip) applies.

Two LED modes — pick the right one before ordering
The YD-2567 supports two LED sources that determine which optical accessory you can use. Flexible COB tape and CSP1208 rigid strip cannot be mixed on the same cup. Pick one mode before you spec accessories.

Ordering tip: if you spec accessories first, lock in the LED source at the same time. Quote the rigid strip count (× 100 mm segments) together with the cup + lens/cover count to avoid mismatched shipments.

The 30° beam angle — wall-grazing, cove and indirect
The internal LED channel is rotated 30° from vertical. The light beam exits the diffuser (or cup / lens / cover) at this 30° angle relative to the mounting surface, so it shoots diagonally across the adjacent wall, ceiling, or stair tread instead of straight down. This is the geometry behind professional wall-grazing effects in architectural lighting.
Surface installation — metal clips into a 9 × 9 mm routed slot
Route a 9 mm wide × 9 mm deep slot in the mounting surface using a wood router, trimmer or CNC mill. Fix the metal Z-spring clips into the slot first (one screw per clip). Drop the YD-2567 profile onto the clips — the profile snaps in and is held by the metal spring action. No adhesive, no special tools required for removal.

The YD-2567 ships with the metal mounting hardware needed for surface-slot installation. The metal Z-spring clips fix into the routed slot first; the end caps seal the channel ends. The reflector cup, lens and black cover accessories are shared with YD-2565, YD-2566 and YD-2575.
