Flexible COB or SMD tape only, up to 8 mm wide — the widest accepted in the Mini series. The YD-2571 is a PC diffuser-only profile: it does not support CSP1208 rigid LED strip, nor the reflector-cup / lens / black-cover accessories used by the rest of the Mini series. Pick the diffuser colour (Clear / Frosted / Opal) to set the brightness vs diffusion balance; Opal is the standard kitchen under-cabinet reading.

Plastic clip: a white dual-hole ABS clip is screwed to the underside of a cabinet or shelf; the 4.2 mm bottom flange of the YD-2571 slides into the clip channel and locks in place. Permanent installation, highest pull-out resistance, suitable for all surfaces including wood, MDF, plasterboard and metal. Magnetic mount: a flat ferrite magnet strip is first adhered to the cabinet underside; the steel base of the profile snaps onto the magnet for tool-free, repositionable installation — ideal for display cases, kitchen cabinets with metal backing, and any application where the light bar needs to be removed for cleaning or strip replacement. Both modes require no routing or slot cutting; the profile sits flush against the mounting surface.

YD-2565 is the entry-level mini profile — 7 × 8 mm, surface mounting or magnetic mounting, fastest install, 5 mm internal channel. YD-2566 is the recessed variant of YD-2565 — same 7 × 8 mm body but with a 9 mm top flange, designed to drop into a routed slot for a fully flush look (straight-down beam, no baffle). YD-2567 is the wall-grazing surface-mount option — 9 × 9 mm square body with a 30° angled internal channel; the profile hangs below the mounting surface, held by metal clips. YD-2568 is the recessed wall-grazing option for ceilings and coves — 9 × 8 mm body with an 11 mm bottom flange, designed to drop into a routed slot for a fully flush look with the 30° angled beam washing the upper wall. YD-2569 is the recessed shelf-light option with anti-glare baffle — 9 × 8 mm body with an 11 mm flange and a 13 mm baffle that mechanically hides the LED ('see light, not see the lamp'), designed for under-shelf, in-step or in-cove installation. YD-2570 is the 45° corner-mount option — 9 × 9 mm 45° right-angle wedge with a 12.6 mm hypotenuse; the beam exits at 45° straight outward from any 90° inside corner, symmetric to both surfaces, no routing. YD-2571 is the widest-channel under-cabinet option — 10 × 10 mm square body, 8.1 mm internal channel, straight-down beam; plastic-clip or magnetic mounting for easy repositioning. PC diffuser only — no reflector-cup / lens / black-cover options, no CSP1208 rigid strip. YD-2575 is the larger advanced option — 8.6 × 7.3 mm with three mounting modes (surface / wall-lamp / 180° adjustable rotation). All eight share the same triple optical configuration (PC diffuser / reflector cup + lens / reflector cup + black cover) and 100 mm modular accessories.

The YD-2571 has a wider 8.1 mm internal channel versus the YD-2565's 5 mm channel. This means the YD-2571 accepts higher-output COB tapes up to 8 mm wide — useful when you need more lumens per metre without switching to a larger profile. The YD-2571 also adds a magnetic mounting option that the YD-2565 does not have, making it ideal for removable installations on metal-backed cabinets and display cases. If footprint and weight are the primary constraints, the YD-2565 (7 × 8 mm) is smaller; if output and repositionability matter more, the YD-2571 (10 × 10 mm, 8.1 mm channel) is the better choice.

Cut to any length; standard tolerance ±0.5 mm. Tighter tolerances available on request.

Two end caps (one with cable hole for power feed-through, one closed) per metre of profile, plus one PC diffuser (Clear / Frosted or Opal — specify at order time). Plastic clips and magnet strips are supplied on request — specify at order time which mounting mode you need. The YD-2571 has no reflector cup, lens or black cover — those accessories belong to the other Mini SKUs (YD-2565 / YD-2566 / YD-2567 / YD-2568 / YD-2569 / YD-2570 / YD-2575).
